The following Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Cards purchased at 140 Sechelt Legion. Last update: August 4, 2021.

1. Rules & Restrictions

Legion Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products from the Bar and Kitchen, including alcohol. Legion Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase or renew a Membership.

2. Check Balance

Customers can only check their Legion Gift Card balance through our point of sale at the Bar.

3. Expiry Date & Refunds

Legion Gift Cards don’t have an Expiry Date. Once purchased, there are No Refunds on Legion Gift Cards.

4. Lost or Stolen

If lost or stolen, customers can come to the office and provide their ‘Legion Gift Card number’, then we can cancel it and issue another with the remaining balance on the card. Sorry – we do ‘not’ keep a list of people who buy Legion Gift Cards.
